In a major turning point in 2018, Avi Greenberg received his certification as a Wim Hof Instructor and began dedicating his time to learning as much as he could about other breathwork modalities, including The Art of Breath, The Oxygen Advantage, and taking courses with Brian Mackenzie and XPT. He now coaches a wide range of individuals, from athletes to entrepreneurs, in expanding their comfort zone and developing better tools for dealing with stress.

Join Avi for this workshop which will focus on utilizing the most foundational movement to help soothe stress and create awareness of your body's ability to relax. We all are equipped with the tools to control our nervous system, the session will help us rewire and reconnect with our physiology through breath work. Our ability to breath affects how we deal with stress and this can be trained, learn in a guided session how to strengthen our breathing muscles and activate calming techniques in times of high stress.
