About Lydia:
Lydia is a trauma informed yoga educator, climber, and mother of two beautiful kids who teach her how to take the teachings of yoga into life's every day messy moments.
Lydia has been sharing yoga for almost 20 years and leads 200 and 300 hour programs as well as teaches online through @yogaanytime. She is passionate about creating healing space for people to play, feel better, and fall in love with themselves using the healing power of movement.
She and her husband, Sonnie Trotter, have spent the last year traveling, working and living out a scamp trailer and van with their kids, and they are always up for a family challenge and adventure!
