Workshop description:
When we decide to push ourselves to do something new and uncomfortable, the probability and frequency that we encounter fear is drastically increased. If we're seeking growth or change, we'll need to face and redefine (or perhaps define for the first time) our relationship with fear. Join Dexter to discuss how we can climb our mental walls, reflect on what holds us back, and learn to assess risk and manage fear.
About Dexter
Dexter is a life coach and climbing instructor whose teaching is rooted in building a positive relationship with fear. Dexter focuses on risk assessment: authentically determining the difference between perceived and actual dangers as well as aligning the mental, physical, and technical realms to best prepare clients for challenges. Through a reflective and introspective process, Dexter facilitates a safe space for students to identify patterns in their lives, so they may leave behind what holds them back and fully commit to what will push them forward.
Dexter resides in Los Angeles where he can be found exploring the neighboring wilderness of Southern California. In all that he does, Dexter leads with love.
