Outwild experiences are designed to help people create more outdoor and value-driven lifestyles.
In this small-group, women’s retreat, you will focus on rediscovering what makes you feel alive. Our intention is not only to reawaken your passions, but to help you find concrete ways to incorporate them back into your life on a daily basis. Throughout the weekend, we will use life-design workshops, yoga, and physical challenges to help you step outside your comfort zone and learn more about who you are when you disconnect from routine and the distractions of your daily life.

Dragonfly Yoga Barn in North Sandwich, NH (280 Bennett St, North Sandwich, NH 03259)
PRICE:
$1600/person - This is an all-inclusive ticket which covers meals, lodging, all workshops, yoga, and an afternoon of guided climbing
Property:
Join us at the Dragonfly Yoga Barn - a retreat center in North Sandwich, NH nestled between the foothills of the White Mountains and the Lakes Region. This property is tucked among 30 acres of conservation land and surrounded by mountains and babbling brooks. Dragonfly Yoga Barn uses solar power and radiant heating, and offers a hot tub and dorm-style housing. Yoga mats to use throughout the retreat will be provided as well!
Housing:
All participants will be staying in Dragonfly’s dorm-style housing. Each dorm has seven beds. Guests are given a drawer for personal items. Towels and bedding are included.
Meals:
We’ll be providing local, organic, vegetarian meals with ample snacks, tea and coffee throughout the weekend. Please include any additional dietary restrictions in your survey at ticket checkout.
Transportation:
Participants will need to provide their own transportation to and from the retreat. We will create a Facebook group for attendees if anyone wishes to coordinate a carpool.
Nearby Airports Include: Boston Logan International Airport (2 hours 15 minutes to property), Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (1 hour 30 minutes to property), Lebanon Municipal Airport (1 hour 50 minutes to property).

Rock Climbing:
We’ve partnered with Cathedral Mountain Guides to provide an afternoon of guided rock climbing for all attendees. This will be women-led experience with options for all ability levels (no experience necessary). Please tell us about your climbing ability/experience in our survey at ticket checkout so we can make inform our guides. Route grades will range from 5.6 - 5.12.
Workshops May Include:
Defining Values - Determine the areas of your life that give you energy and create a list of top 5 values.
Thought Master - Identify what thoughts lead you into a downward spiral while learning tips and tricks for reframing/rewiring your mind.
Discovering Flow - Identify and Incorporate more of what makes you feel alive into your daily life.
Authentic Communication - How to be more yourself with friends, family, and coworkers.
Goal setting - Develop a concrete way to bring retreat “lightbulbs” back home.
