Julia Hanlon is a yoga teacher, runner, storyteller, and student of life. Julia began practicing yoga at age 16, has been teaching since 2011, completed over 1000 hours of teacher training, and is passionate about making the transformative practice of yoga accessible for everybody. Julia hosts the Running On Om podcast (ROO), featuring over 230 long-form interviews with women in endurance sports and the outdoors. Julia currently lives in Cambridge, MA where she can be found teaching yoga, studying for her Masters in Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Counseling, or exploring the New England outdoors. 

Join Julia for this 60-minute combination class. The first half of the class will be an all levels vinyasa flow focused on accessing and strengthening your core, followed by the second half of class, a yin-inspired restorative sequence focused on releasing from your center.
